We’re sports enthusiasts.
Sports is everything for us; our teacher, our first love, our driving force. And as sports lovers, we know what it’s like to push yourself to work hard, play better, go against the odds & give it your best shot – all to succeed in something so close to your heart. We understand how important it is for you to connect with a credible coach who guides you & grooms you.

We believe, that a sport isn’t just a hobby. It’s about character building, it’s about learning to focus, it’s about believing in yourself & about giving it your all. It has shaped us to be the people who we are today: The Coach Crew. And we aim to change the way people look at sports, to organise & redefine the sports industry in India, to create a strong base of skilled coaches & to bring out the person in you who’s inspired to get there on the field.

THE FOUNDERS



DIVESH NATHANI

An alumnus of Manipal University, has been a competitive Basketball player since the age of 11. By the time he reached his 10th grade, he had represented his school, city and state at various tournaments around the county. A passionate, self-driven person constantly in pursuit of building great experiences, Divesh has always believed in 'taking the plunge' with everything life has had to offer and at the age of 26, after working for a couple of years as an Automotive Engineer at one of India's largest Automotive conglomerates, Mahindra & Mahindra, he founded The Coach Crew - the largest market network for sports coaches in the country. Today, Divesh is a member of the National Committee of Sports at CII which is currently working extensively towards the national 'Making India Play' program.


KARAN RAVISHANKAR


Arrived in Mumbai in his early teens, only to become an out and out ‘Bombay Boy’. He finished his schooling at RN Podar, Santacruz and studied law at Mumbai University. Karan played competitive cricket and football for his school, district, city and university and even travelled to Sweden and Denmark to play club level football at the age of 17 in 2007. He joined Divesh at The Coach Crew as a Co-Founder in 2018 after working with The Foreign Commonwealth Office of the UK Government, where he was the Senior Trade Advisor – Sports Economy at the Department for International Trade. Having worked closely with key stakeholders of Indian and UK sports including The Premier League, Liverpool FC, Manchester United FC, IMG-Reliance and the All India Football Federation among others, Karan brings his vast experience and passion for sports to The Coach Crew, aiming to enhance the way Sport is consumed at the grassroots.
